Inter-school 5k challenge

On Saturday 4th April, Headington’s boat club, HSOBC, challenged girls, staff and the wider community to join a 5K running competition in their #SaturdayChallenge series.

As well as members of the School, the club threw down the gauntlent to other schools to take part in the contest.

Competitors entered from 13 different schools and boat clubs who jostled for top position across 5 different categories. Signing up to their respective teams’ STRAVA clubs, each competitor recorded their runs to be entered into the competition.

Rowing clothing producer Crew Room offered prizes to the winners of each category in each age group.
