Town and Gown 10K
On Sunday 27th June, 44 members of the Headington School community took part in the Oxford Town and Gown 10k run in support of Muscular Dystrophy UK. Team Headington comprised of girls, teachers, parents, alumnae and more.
The Town and Gown route is the only closed-road City Centre 10k in Oxford and runners pass many of the beautiful and historic landmarks and University buildings of Oxford before finishing in the glorious University Parks.
Well done to all those who ran for Team Headington and an extra well done to the many runners who achieved personal bests!
Miss Vicky Huggett, Development Assistant at Headington School said: “All our runners had a fantastic morning and we hope to see you all at Oxford University Parks next year when we can once again be together to support our runners.
Keep Heading On!”
