Stepping Beyond Dance Show 2024
Some of Headington’s most gifted dancers dazzled at a special showcase of their work.
This year’s Stepping Beyond performance in March included work from A Level dancers, GCSE dancers, Scholars, Headington Dance Academy’s Principal Company and the Rambert Grade class. The show offered a rich mix of different styles, including Contemporary, Ballet and Street Dance.
It was the third Dance show of the year, following on from the School’s sell-out annual production of ‘Mind, Body & Soul’ and a spellbinding balletic interpretation of ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’.
Director of Dance Miss Faith Jackson said: “The show was outstanding, the work created and performed by the dancers was incredible, demonstrating exceptional technical and choreographic ability.
“We are so proud of all of the dancers, they have all worked so well preparing for the performances in Dance this year.”
