Award in Financial Education
This year’s cohort of pupils studying for an Award in Financial Education have recorded a 100 per cent success rate.
The final results from our Award in Financial Education (London Institute for Banking and Finance) course, show all 49 out of 49 pupils have passed – 90 per cent with distinction.
Girls can elect to study finance in Year 10 (L5) alongside their core subjects. The number of girls taking the course has grown from 25 in its first year to 49 this year and a massive 91 next year!
These results represent continued success in Finance, Economics and Business at Headington Rye and also represent a great achievement that the L5 students can be proud of. Special mentions go to for Zhen Shan who achieved 90%, Adela (89%), Anne (87%) and Poppy, Charlotte and Win Yan (83%).
The Economics and Business Department was recently shortlisted for the Subject Lead category at the TES Awards 2024.
