Harvest Collection at Prep
On Friday 27th September we held a Harvest assembly at Headington Prep led by our charity monitors. As always, we are very grateful for all the food donations from Prep families which are sent to school every year. Once again, a huge collection of food items slowly started to appear in the reception area and were collected last Friday. This year we are again helping The Gatehouse, a charity which serves the homeless population in Oxford. The food parcels were collected by Zoe, a representative of the charity and all the food provided will be appreciated by all those in need.
We would like to thank all our amazing girls and parents for their generosity and to learn more about the charity, please visit their website.
On Friday 11th October, David Kay, fundraising and publicity coordinator at The Gatehouse, will be visiting the school to tell us all about The Charity and what they do for the homeless in Oxford.
