Girls explore faith
On Friday 11th October, nearly 40 girls involved in our Explore groups took off for an evening of fun, food and thought. Activities included swimming, combat archery and team building games.
Explore is Headington’s forum for considering how and why being the Christian faith should impact on our lives today. This event, held at a brilliant venue near Beaconsfield, was supported by the leaders from Lymington Rushmore activity camps.
Three of the leaders, all female and in their 20s, shared why they were Christians and what following Jesus means for them. In addition to the food for thought, over 20 boxes of large pizza were happily consumed.
