IAPS U11 Hockey National Finalists

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our U11 hockey National Finalists Audrey, Mairi, Lily, Charlotte, Phoebe, Nancy, Iona, Abby and Catherine!

The U11A team played superbly at the Regional round of the IAPS Hockey tournament. It was a real team effort and everyone played their part in a challenging, but enjoyable day. Results:

1 – 0 Win vs St Pirans

2 – 0 Win vs James Allen’s Prep

1 – 0 Win vs Winchester House

Quarterfinal: 1 – 0 Win vs City of London Freeman’s School

Semifinal: 3 – 2 Loss  (lost to a golden goal in extra time) vs Hornsby School

3rd/4th place playoff: 1 – 0 Win vs The Dragon.

It was a fantastic team effort and we learnt a huge amount from each game, showing great determination throughout. Well played everyone.
