Pantomime Trip

Girls from Nursery to Year 2 enjoyed an exciting trip to see ‘The Jolly Christmas Postman’ at The Burton Taylor Studio in Oxford. The Jolly Postman had to visit a range of traditional characters on his way to The North Pole and Father Christmas himself. The children were invited to join in with the action at various times and were fully involved with all the storylines acted brilliantly by three performers.Learning to deal with a range of emotions is very important and we were sent on a journey from laughter to shock, mild fear (Mr Wolf) to happiness. Of course, all ended well and the Postman arrived home just in time for Christmas day! An excellent cast, beautiful set and enjoyed by pupils and staff alike.
