U10 Hockey v The Manor Prep – Monday 3rd February 2020

The U10As were outstanding against the Manor. They moved the ball strongly out of defence with Sophie and Natasha in command and preventing the Manor attack from having scoring chances. Some great work by the midfield and attack put the Manor defence constantly under pressure. Headington managed to score after a flurry of chances and were unlucky not to score further. The player of the match was Chrissy. The U10Bs defended very well against pressure from the Manor attack. Mariyah made numerous saves in goal. They continued to absorb the pressure and were unfortunate to concede a goal only a minute from the end of the game. Well done to Emma for getting player of the match.
