Sixth formers celebrate winter in style

A distinct sound of heels clicking and clacking could be heard on Friday 7th February as our Sixth Form made their way into the Main Hall, through a winter themed balloon arch, to the Winter Formal.

The led-lit dancefloor wasn’t empty for long before the memory of mock examinations and progress tests were cast aside as the students and their plus ones danced the night away.

An array of culinary delights was available alongside a winter bar to add to the occasion, which allowed our students to relax in a mature atmosphere.

The teachers chaperoning were keen to know that The Killers’ ‘Mr Brightside’ was still a hit and enjoyed celebrating the end of busy half term with the girls.
