IAPS swimming 2023

On a very snowy day, the IAPS squad set off for Birmingham! The competition was fierce and the girls knew they had to swim their fastest as only their best times would give them a chance of qualifying. The Under 10 medley team of Evie, Emma, Isla and Sara swam first and knocked an amazing 7 seconds off their time. The Under 11 team of Lily, Mairi, Audrey and Phoebe also reduced their best time by 5 seconds. In the freestyle relays they also went faster than they had done so far this year. In the individual races all the girls performed to their best with several of them obtaining personal best times. We will hear who has made it through to the finals at the start of next term.
