In2Hockey – Regional Finals

The Headington Rye Prep U11 Hockey team competed in the U11 In2Hockey Regional Finals returning with a bronze medal.

The team of 8 made it through to the south regional competition and performed exceptionally well during the finals, securing the bronze medal.  

Director of Sport Miss Hattie Taylor said: “The day was exciting from start to finish with some excellent Hockey on show. One of the games was particularly exciting as it was so close that it went to penalty shuffles!

 “It was great to see how much the children have grown over the course of the Hockey season and they should all feel very proud of their achievements.”
