International Hockey Match Trip

On Sunday 2nd June a group of keen Hockey players travelled to Lee Valley, for a day filled with sun, signatures, and Hockey galore.

The girls watched Germany versus Ireland men, GB men versus India and GB women versus India.

During the three fantastic games the pupils were spoiled with fantastic opportunities. They were fortunate enough to be flag bearers for the men and women GB teams before their respective matches – getting filmed on TV!

The pupils then were able to go onto the pitch and play with the players after the match, getting photographs and autographs with their heroes.

Thanks go to Mr Travis, Miss Barrett, Mr Wright and Mr Martin for giving up their time to make the day happen and to GB Hockey for a super day out.
