KS1 trip to Bury Knowle Park

Key stage 1 enjoyed a trip to the park on Tuesday as an end of term treat. They walked to Bury Knowle park with packed lunches, down some interesting paths and passageways and then had free rein to use all the fun equipment including the Zipwire and the Pirate ship sandpit. The girls were able to practice great collaboration as lots of things required them to work with each other and many persevered and tried new activities for the first time. After they had enjoyed lunch, they walked back to school for afternoon lessons. A lovely end to the year and a great chance for both year groups to mix and spend time together.
