Legally Blonde
Omigosh! This year’s summer production of ‘Legally Blonde Jr’ was a fantastic performance, from our younger girls, featuring performances from girls in U3-U4.
Audience members were impressed by the set and lighting designs, as well as many quick changes, comic characters and captivating vocal performances.
Director of Drama Mr Phil Macken said: “I would like to say a huge congratulations to all those involved, who worked tirelessly in the final week with rehearsals or performances every day.”
Joining the audience for the final dress rehearsal were Year 5 girls from Headington Prep and Year 6 pupils from John Henry Newman Academy in Littlemore. They were kind enough to send some thank you letters to the cast before their final performances, giving the cast a boost before taking to the stage once more.
Next year, it is planned to take a break from the musicals of the last two years and plans are already underway for the next year’s showstoppers.
