Love Languages Cabaret 2025
The fifth edition of the Love Languages Cabaret was a real success!
The event was a LOVELY way to promote both languages and music all while showcasing the amazing talent at Headington Rye Oxford.
Mme Virginie Crepeau, Head of French, said: “There was excellent singing from pupils last night at the cabaret with pupils from Year 8 and 9.
“It was impressive to hear some pupils in Year 8 like Zoe and Orla singing in French having only done two years of French at Headington Rye.
“The level of singing was fantastic and it was great to see so many parents, grandparents and pupils coming to support our love language cabaret in a beautifully-decorated and atmospheric main hall.
“Well done to all the performers and a special thank you to Miss Sanders in the Biology Department who accepted at the last minute to sing ‘La vie en rose’, which she sang with such talent, and to Mrs Maybank who performed two German songs.
“See you next year for the sixth edition!”
