Musical Trios Compete
On Friday 28th February two trios of Headington musicians competed in a prestigious competition.
The Lark Trio of Jenny, Orla and Lynette and Montonniere Trio of Leilani, Nicola and Olivia competed in the South East Schools’ Chamber Music Competition at Wycombe Abbey School.
The competition was adjudicated by the renowned teacher, chamber musician and accompanist Michael Dussek, who ‘Very Highly Commended’ the trios.
As part of the event the musicians also received coaching from Mr Dussek and were able to watch some of the other competitors perform.
