National Schools Biathlon Finals 2023
14 girls attended the National Schools Biathlon Finals in Redditch on Sunday 12th March. The Under 11 started the day bright and early and both Lily (61st) and Abby (93rd) who both produced pb’s in their swims. We were very proud that the Under 10s team of Emma (9th), Evie (22nd) , Isla (31st) and Liv (47th) were awarded the team silver medal. The Under 8s and Under 9s were very nervous but they rose to the challenge of the day and produced some great personal best times too. In the Under 9s Martha was 52nd, Annabelle 68th and Ellie 75th. The team placed 14th. A mention must go to Kitty who was injured but still stayed to support her teammates. In the Under 8s Olivia was 55th, Sophia 61st, Imy 65th, Isobel 66th and Rose 77th. The team placed 11th. Thank you to all the parents who cheered and supported the girls throughout the day.
