Open Mic Night
The first Open Mic Night of the year took place in the Theatre on Wednesday 16 October. There was a wonderful atmosphere, with 10 musicians giving fantastic vocal performances, including a trio.
All of them showed great skill and performed superbly. Tiffany J and Katie G even performed their very own songs, which were incredibly well-crafted for their age.
Acting director of music, Mr Tom Anderson said: “We look forward to hearing many more exciting performances in future from them and others!
“All parents, guardians and students are welcome to come along to Open Mic Nights.”
In the spirit of the Year of Community we are looking for relatives or close friends with Bass and Tenor voices to join the Chamber Choir for one or two pieces at this year’s Christmas Carol Service.
