Strengths Explorers
As part of their induction to Year 6, the girls took part in a ‘Strengths Explorer Workshop‘ over the first two days of term. This was led by Chris Prince, a Headington School parent and People, Change and L&D Consultant. Not only did the workshops provide an opportunity for the girls to get to know each other better, but they were also able to develop their self-awareness by answering an online questionnaire that generated their three top character strengths. For some, this was affirmation of what they already thought about themselves and for others, it was a new realisation of a hidden strength they have yet to unleash. We hope that during the course of this year and the years ahead of them, these girls will grow in confidence as they use these wonderful personal strengths.
