U10 A&B Hockey vs The Manor

U10A: Won 1-0. Player of the match – Mairi
A great game by the U10A team. They had most of the possession and spent a huge amount of time in the opponent’s circle but The Manor defended well and kept Headington out. In the second half, Headington found a way to score through some quick attacking play by Abby. A great team performance, particularly for the defensive players in Lily, Mairi and Charlotte who all performed brilliantly when they were called upon.
U10B: Lost 2-0. Player of the match – Alice and Jemimah
This was a good performance for the U10B team who played in their first ever school Hockey match. Player of the match Alice showed great strength at the back to stop the opposition. Jemimah also showed some lovely Hockey following her experience at the tournament on Monday. The team made progress with their forward play as the match went on. Well played everyone.
