U11 Hockey v Cokethorpe
The U11 Hockey A and B teams took on Cokethorpe in two exciting matches – bringing home a win for both teams.
The U11A achieved a huge 11-2 win against a strong Cokethorpe side.
There was lots of passing and clear evidence of the players using their training practises in the game.
They also demonstrated a fabulous show of teamwork and support for one another. Player of the Match went to Bea for showing calmness when both attacking and defending.
The U11B kept a clean sheet, winning their match 5-0. The game saw fantastic team work and a good use of the whole of the hockey pitch.
Despite the game being high scoring, the pupils never gave up once and kept battling until the very end.
Ivanka was nominated as Player of the Match for control attacking play and finishing the game off with a superb goal.
