U15 Tennis Regional Finals

On Thursday 14th November the U15 Tennis team of Darcy, Esme, Georgie and Clemmie travelled to Tipton Sports Academy near Birmingham as finalists of the Division 1 Regional Finals of the LTA Schools Team Tennis event.

Just 16 schools in the country remained in the event at this stage. The team played two matches, both of which they drew 3-3, before being beaten in a shoot-out.

Mr Jim Baker, Head of Tennis, said: “Even though the girls have not made the grand final this year it has been a great run for them with many wins and great performances by all.

“I am immensely proud of the team and can’t wait for next year’s competition.”
