U6 Bath Trip
On Wednesday 17th January, Headington’s U6 went on a post examination day trip to Bath.
The aim of the event was for the girls to have a break and a change of scenery after completing their mock exams.
After arriving at Bath, the U6 were left to do their own desired activities for the day which included lots of shopping, some sightseeing and going out for lunch.
The sightseeing was varied, with some going to visit the baths themselves, others going to the Circle where some of Bridgerton was filmed and some visiting the architecturally stunning buildings.
The weather was extremely cold but sunny all day which was perfect for walking around. The town centre was filled with small cafes and restaurants which gave various options for lunch and a classic afternoon tea. The shops ranged from typical high street shops such as Urban Outfitters, to small independent vintage shops which allowed everyone to spend the day partaking in an activity which they enjoyed before returning to school that evening.
Katie, U6, said: “Overall, the trip was a fantastic way of relaxing and doing something other than revision after having had a busy few weeks!”
