Year 6 showcase

Year 6 hosted a very special showcase to their families and friends on Tuesday 1st April.

They opened with a fashion show of their recent sewing endeavours in the Art Room.

Clothes were upcycled into new trends and on display for all the relatives to see. Recent artwork inspired by Henry Moore was also on display throughout Rendall Hall.

They were also able to study the Second World War projects that the children have spent many hours researching and pulling together.

They covered a wide range of subject matter relating to the war and inspired the children to delve into a wide range of subjects such as the history of spies, submarine usage during the war and Oxford’s lucky fortune of retaining their dreaming spires.
